Destiny 2 Running in Slow Motion (Server issue or?)
Linked a video to show what's happening. The slow down happens multiple days per week and makes it unplayable. Is this server side or account unique? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I was getting frame rate slowdown yesterday for a short time it seems more prone doing it when there is a lot going on at one time so possibly either a graphics or server issue or both.
