so many people have no idea of what they speak.
how are they selling these items back to you? do you know what that means?
the items are included in the price of a DLC.
selling something back to you would be this: I take your car from you, then tell you give me money and you can have it back. item is sold to you.
you paid for a use of Bungie's property, you own nothing in the game. items are not sold to you on an individual pricing, you are mistaken here.

They did exactly that. Took all of our gear from d1. And are now making slight changes and selling it back to us. The fact that you say it is "included" means nothing. You do not get the exotic unless you buy the game or dlc.

no. you did not purchase the gear independently of the game. had you paid for them on their own this would be the case. you don't get any of it if you don't have the game so what's your point?
