can you drop exotic masterwork catalysts from iron banner
while playing iron banner, can I drop a exotic masterwork catalyst, or better still where do masterwork catalysts drop in pvp? is it only in competitive and free, or is it in all PVP playlists (like iron banner and trials)?

Not sure if Vigilance Wing drops in Iron Banner or not. This weekend while spamming Iron Banner I got at least these 3 catalyst to drop: Thunderlord, Jötunn, Colony.

Yes you can get certain exotic catalyst's to drop in Iron banner. I got the Jade Rabbit catalyst yesterday.

There is only one catalyst that drops from the competitive playlist. Take in mind that they are not going to be dropping all the time. They require a bit of grinding.
