Mostly what we hear from these people is: “I MADE HALO”.
Yeah. That was 2008. It’s often been said that Destiny 2 was an attempt to make the franchise play as much as legacy Halo as possible. Just listen to the last crucible podcast. The sandbox leads say as such in a roundabout way actually referencing halo from the previous decade .
Josh Hamrick, Jon Weisnewski and Kevin Yanes definitely talk as if we simply don’t understand their sublime vision of perfection . Their reasoning for the current status quo is bizarrely disconnected from reality. Give the podcast a listen.
Unfortunately, Destiny pvp has never been less popular than now and Destiny 2 pvp has never been popular. Time to relent and admit defeat, sandbox team. Time to restore Destiny 1 gameplay in full.

Two shite dlcs, no grind for weapons or armour. Light means nothing really. Clan rewards grant high level gear for practically nothing along with raid and trials weapons without even participating. We’ve still got teamshooting, high ttk, no solo playlist and no choice of what game type we can play. We have 2 useful primaries and a handful of decent close range weapons. There’s far too much heavy ammo adding to the shite we call pvp.
