The precision damage is messed up. You only get 69 total 26+43. All other high impact hand cannons get 71 and this use to get 72. +1 with the explosion just like the better devils.

I love it but the reload is really long. I'd say it's probably better damage (PvE) than better devils, I just can't deal with that reload

I use my side step to reload it. I know how you feel about its reload, reminds me of hawk moon
