Pulses are 2 and 3 tap at a insane range.
Scouts and Hand cannons need to be 3 taps to the head to fix this crutch fest called the crucible. Nothing but scrubs crutching on Graviton Lance.

I love inaugural address and the DO season 2 pulse because of this. But they need to make scouts 3 tap 1005. HCs should be 3 tap, but more precision hits needed than d1 I guess. Crutch lance should be the new base level for all ttk in the game. Just a little less forgiving than d1, but still same time.
