D1 they felt smooth and light weight
D2 they feel clunky and heavy

I'm okay with how they handle, but they need the reward (damage) to match.

D1 Handcannons were GLORIOUS. D2 They're good but nowhere near where they use to be. Scouts Use to be the most balanced and untouched weapon type in D1. D2 scouts are vastly underpowered and work almost exclusively at mid-long to long ranges. The Only ones that have risen to the top are those with explosive rounds.
