I recently changed clans, and even though I've met my personal clan contribution for the week, and it shows we have two engrams available, when I visit Hawthorne, there are no engrams for me to redeem. A cursory search shows this has apparently been an issue for some since launch. Has there been any proposed work around?

If you change clans, you will not receive clan XP or clan engrams for that week until the weekly reset. It is not an issue. It is working as intended. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46119#ClanProgression
Weekly Clan Engrams Clan Members can view the Clan's progress towards the Weekly Clan Engrams from the Clan Profile in Destiny 2 and the Destiny Companion. 2 RepliesWhen did you change clans? You'll likely need to wait for the next weekly reset to become eligible for clan engrams.
