My rating of each E3 conference [Best to Worst]

Let's start off with the best: Bethesda- after a lackluster E3 conference last year, Bethesda blew everyone out of the water. They announced TES6, Star Field, Doom 2, and we got a bunch of info about Fallout 76. While we won't be seeing Star Field or TES6 for a while (probably not until the next generation), it's great to know that they are definitely being worked on and it gives us something to look forward to as well as a great way to start off the next generation (especially if it's the final generation) Microsoft- what I like about Microsoft conferences is that they don't do a lot of pointless talking to cover for time. They just show game after game after game. And this year, we got Halo: Infinite (personally what I'm most hyped for out of everything) and Gears of War 5 as the big exclusives for Xbox with a lot of other big announcements like Cyberpunk 2077 and Sekiro. Just like TES6 and Star Field, I doubt we'll see Halo Infinite until the next generation, which I would be fine with cause I think it would help Xbox sell very well, especially if 343 can pull it off (which I think they would cause they would have been working on it for nearly 6 years if they launched it in the next generation). Speaking of next generation, Xbox announced that they had added a bunch of new companies to their studios and that they would be working on a bunch of exclusives for the next generation, which they also announced that they're already working on the next gen console for. Ubisoft- I think that Ubisoft had a good conference. I'm excited for The Division 2 and Assassin's Creed Oddysee. I feel like we were all hoping for a little more, but I was content for the most part. I think that Beyond Good and Evil will definitely be a next gen game. No way current gen consoles could be able to run a game as big as that (or so they claim). All in all, a good conference. Devolver Digital- this is mainly a joke conference and basically a giant shitpost, but it was pretty good. I'm actually excited for one of their games, Metal Wolf Chaos XD, which is a sort of spinoff of Japanese mecha games with over dramatic voice acting. The only thing I thought was lacking was that I feel that last year was a bit funnier, but we still have next year to look forward to which is supposed to show us what happened to the host lady after she got shot. Sony- this conference was short and full of audio glitches, buffering and streams constantly crashing. It was a bit of a mess and wasn't that interesting. However, I was excited for a few select games that were shown there. We got to see more of Death Stranding including more actual gameplay and we also saw more of Ghosts of Tsushima which looks absolutely stunning graphics wise. It was an incredibly beautiful game with the samurai battle under the cherry blossom trees. I'll definitely be picking it up. We also got Resident Evil 2 with a release date and that game looks awesome as well. In all, great games but not a great conference. EA- this was pretty lackluster not gonna lie. Only thing really good was Anthem, but they spent more time on an app that no one asked for than they did on one of the most anticipated games of the year. At least it's confirmed that Anthem won't have loot boxes so that's nice. Square Enix- I didn't watch this stream but from what I've heard about it, maybe it's better that I didn't waste my time on it. Apparently barely anything was shown other than some trailers and it was all very lackluster, more so than EA. However I did hear of a new game from Platinum Games which I'm very excited for cause Platinum Games is known for making some amazing games like Bayonetta and Nier Automata (one of my favorite games as of recently) so I have that to look forward to All in all, this year's E3 was really good, now let's just hope that most of these games aren't massive failures when they launch. I personally have a lot of faith in them.

I am going to be honest here. Xbox didn't win. Sony showed off gameplay, which felt powerful and really captured you. Nothing in that Microsoft conference actually grabbed me all the showed was what others showed and they also showed games already released. What? The guy, Phil Spencer couldn't even talk right. I caught him slurring simple words. I honestly think that Xbox One had a boring lineup of games which were already seen somewhere else. I am already almost half through the video, and there is nothing in there that actually surprised me. Nothing but kids games indies and games that have already been announced other than Halo infinite, a Forza game and we already knew that Microsoft was bringing a Forza game. They always do. And Halo, well most suspected it at least. Crackdown 3 looked just plain stupid, is this all Microsoft has to offer us? Some Indie games, Crackdown 3 updated Prototype 2 with guns but without the Gore? The animations were choppy and not smooth like Spiderman game which is coming out right on time. I am going to give my final review after I am fully done watching it. After watching Last of Us 2 truly revolutionary gameplay. Lets be honest here, you are obviously a Xbox owner who can't stand that he chose the wrong console, and still hasn't admitted it.
