Dear company Bungie, a couple of months ago I bought your game Destiny 2, I really liked your PVP system, and I played it almost every day! A month ago, due to the frequent absence during the game (afk) you temporarily closed access to the Crucible. I can do everything in ga,e exceptPVP. I thought it would last a week, two at most. But a month has passed and the situation has not changed. You can not see the status of your temporary lock, you can not dispute, write to you or call you. I'd like to know what to expect. Otherwise, why did I pay for your new addition (September)? Give me some kind of answer!

Maybe play the game instead of being afk. Or if you have to be afk go to orbit. It's not hard. I report afk ppl in PvP and strikes.

This is a CP I did for a poster below, I hope it helps (though you won't like what it says): The initial restriction is what it is. It should also be noted that it may be extended after the initial restriction as more reports are followed up on, and this can happen without notice. There's a high likelihood that you weren't reported just once if you're causing problems in Crucible. It should also be noted that a Crucible restriction is different between regular Crucible and competitive modes (like Trials), which is pretty much one month for every week locked out of Crucible (to help deter players from intentionally causing problems). This has been stated in the past a considerable amount of times on dozens of posts of people complaining about their restrictions lasting longer than they said they would.

1 ReplyThere is something definitely wrong going on with Bungie. They seem to be completely ignoring or are unaware of the temporary restriction durations. Here's my post regarding the same issue you're having - of course I don't get a single response from anybody - not even a Bnet Mentor - to help with this issue. https://www.bungie.net/en/Forums/Post/246240639?page=0&sort=0&showBanned=0&path=1 How convenient of them to go around restricting legit players (at least I am) but not even follow their own rules and policies.

4 RepliesDear Guardian, Bungie does not disclose any information regarding bans or restrictions for any reason. However, since you know it to be a restriction and not a ban, you should have been given a time window that the restriction will be active. Restrictions normally last a month or two, but can vary based on each case. Restrictions are also a warning and can result in a ban based on further admonishment.
