Help lost my origin story
Ok so I was on the app transferring my weapons over and after everything was done, I get disconnected from server. I logged back in only to find my orgin story is completely gone. How is that possible, it’s locked so no way I accidentally dismantled it, and it was on my warlock before the server shut down. But either way I’ve checked everywhere and it’s gone. Please help how do I get it back if I even can, and if this is because of there stupid server crashing out of thin air then -blam!-.

Yeah, I would definitely check your vault throughly. I’ve had this happen a number of times, and the missing piece has always ending up not leaving my vault after transferring it off my original character. I hope you find it!

1 ReplyEdited by Rafiki: 6/13/2018 8:35:20 AMDear Guardian, If you “lost” it while transferring the item using the item manager, it may be in your Vault as the Transfer uses the vault for temporary storage. It may also still be lost in the app you used to transfer it if you locked your device or it crashed while transferring the item. Simply log back into your device and attempt a new transfer and it should unclog the system (it does for me, anyway). If you are still unable to recover your item, Bungie can not generate a new one for you and you will need to earn a new Origin Story. I’ve had the app eat my weapons a few times in d1, it’s annoyingly as shit

Check your Vault. The weapon goes there first then to the character.
