...but not in a good way. All that grinding for such a cool ass ornament, yet the helm itself is very underwhelming. Anyone else agree?

Edited by De_Wae: 12/25/2018 8:24:16 AMeye of another world does nothing. like its exotic perk might as well not even be there. the ability regen improvements are absolutely miniscule. what a garbage exotic :/

1 ReplyIf as others have posted that it acts as 2 CD mods then maybe the reason we only see a marginal increase is because we have CD mods already in place. CD mods max at 3 stacks. So if you are running Eye of Another World you should only need 1 more CD mod to hit max stacks. That would free up your remaining armor to use impact, self repairing, counterbalance, loading, or acceleration mods. Depending on your loadout it might open up some extra options. Then again, I would prefer to run an exotic that has a more exotic feel and I can "see" the results of having it equipped.

4 RepliesYet another Warlock exotic that needs some serious help. That ornament gives you the best looking helmet for the class....just like Astrocyte Verse.

Personally, I think the "highlight" portion of the perk is absolutely useless; It would be far better if we got actual tracking like Foetracer as a replacement

Can't comment on PvP but in PvE I think Nezarec’s Sin is better.

7 RepliesSome redditor did the math back at launch. I recall it's like having a cooldown mod that does EVERYTHING? It's not stellar, but like Transversive Steps it's just a solid all-the-time benefit, not situational at all.
