Are Bungie aware of the Fireteam date/time creation (Beta) issues

Just noticed that whenever you attempt to create a Fireteam for a later date/time it always reverts the time to 10.30am? It also says the number of characters used for the title is between 3-50 but is more like 3-40?

I can not replicate the title issue but have replicated the time reverting if AM. If PM I can change it fine.
