Dear bungie, I respectfully live with destiny 2, and I love this game, and already treated this problem to you, but I will have to repeat it. I was banned for no reason. I understand that you should not notify me of this, but I still can not understand why? After all, I did not use either cheats, or third-party programs, or recorded the game. You can make sure about this. Moreover, I did not have this problem alone, I created it in a Russian forum, and there they also wrote that my friends were banned just like that, just as I looked at the English-language forums, so there also exists such a problem. Just how much I remember , people consider bans, and open the profile at the beginning, and then they decide, so why did the ban come to me? I have nothing in my profile that would indicate that I'm using cheats. Please answer me. Also, I suggest you: 1) unlock the account, 2) return the money and cancel my account at the expense 2. Please reply to me. And a strong request: who wants to write that bungie does not consider bans, or wants to send a link to the rules for violations of which is punishable by ban, please do not write, as I already know, otherwise I would not be writing an appeal now. And at whom the same problem: unsubscribe and lift this subject please!

Nobody cares (or should, for that matter). Suck it up or play another game, okay? Simple.

23 RepliesIt amazes me how these cheaters whine and cry when they get banned. LMAO. People don't get banned "just cause". Sounds to me like you are trying to sound innocent after the fact. If you don't want to do the time, don't do the crime. LOL

73 RepliesThere are bans and there are restrictions as someone else clearly explained to you. I'm going to talk about the former as the latter is temporary. PC bans are not handed out lightly. The system will trigger a back end research by the Security Response Team and your case will be investigated by a PERSON before the ban is issued (note: there are no automatic bans). No you will not speak to anyone on this ban, no it will not be overturned, no you will not get your money back, stick a fork in your account ... it's done. That being said there are a few common reasons why people are banned on the PC: 1) Severe network manipulation in Crucible. I haven't taken the time to look at your history but I will say the deleted character makes it highly suspect. So that is one possible reason. 2) Buying a key on a shady 3rd party key gen site. Russia was notorious this and still tends to be notorious where you buy a key from a non-legit source. It will allow you to play for a small amount of time until their key activation system catches up to you. Unfortunately, that company makes off with your money and your Blizzard account not only suffers the loss of Destiny 2 but now is subject to investigation on all your other Battle.net games. 3) Using a cheat program or trainer to get your 'levels' up. This program could be specifically designed for Destiny such as Aimbot and Wallhack programs. If you run these, even if it is in just PvE; you will be permanently banned. 4) If you run any other type of program which might be detected as inserting code into the game such as again trainers/cheats for other games, debugging programs, certain macro running programs, etc. Bungie has clearly stated that if you have ANYTHING running in the background whether FOR Destiny 2 or for another game ... it will result in your irreparable banning. Sorry Guardian, you're done.

23 RepliesRefunds are through the retailer that you bought the game from. Bungie will NOT discuss your ban nor will they overturn it.
