Powerfull engram dropping with lower light
For the last 2- weekly reset almost my milestones powerfull gear rewards have been dropping about 1 light lower than my actual gear. Let's say I have a 369 rocket including a +5 mod, i will get a 363 rocket, so even with the mod it would end up be less than i already have. Haven't manged to increase my light level at all in the past 3 weeks doing all the milestones...
