*Spoilers* Can you destroy a scarab in Halo Reach?
If you played the last mission, you should know that this is the only mission with scarabs. Now the question is: can you destroy them? Because emile drove me away from the battlefield and I didn't attack them (I also ran out of ammo by the way)

You cant. But you can get on them, Me and my friend used a concussion rifle on the back to get on one oh and you can destroy the energy core thing but it still walks.

I was playing in Heroic, so didn't try to beat the scarab down. But I'll try to hitchhack a banshee and board the scarab in easy.

They have given you rockets... You can try if you want. Use it to knock the legs. Sprint to the inside. Annhilate any foe that stands between you and the spot that you blow up. AND POST IT SO WE CAN ALL BE AWED BY IT!

They give you 4 rockets, right? On a low difficulty that just might be enough to knock out a leg.
