Does current weapon slot 2 primes limit your play style?
There so many good guns. I feel like I am forced to use the same guns.

D1s system,was far superior for pve, you had something to take on,majors and ultras with as well as a good dps gun once your heavy was gone. The bosses were far spongier though. I remember fighting a few of them for ages without anything but primary ammo. Im looking forward to the ol' Hand Cannon, Fusion rifle, Rocket combo.

3 RepliesI’ll be honest, I find D2’s weapon system more free. Using a short range primary in PvE like an AR won’t be punishing like it would in D1.

No i enjoy running my handcannons and pulse or autos. Would it really be fair to just have everyone running around with shotguns again? Imagine that in competitive, start of a trials match, sniped and rushed with shotguns. then it'll be more give me back my radar, nerf shotguns and snipers

I don't know why but it really gets me when people say 'two primaries' it's literally impossible to have two primary anything.

3 RepliesNot for me. HC, sniper, and rockets in D1. HC, scout, and rockets in D2. I always wanted a HC/scout combo in D1. Now I can. I wonder if Bungie is going to mess up my playstyle by reverting back to D1 loadouts in September? 🤔

I miss my double sniper load out.

I like the energy and kinetic system because I love being able to have a more versatile load out and one weapon for insane Dps or Ad clear

Don't mind it that much. Do I miss having a good fusion with an AR and Sleeper? Absolutely. Now I do get to use scouts and ARs with less switching which is cool

I'd say the system only works for PvE. I feel that despite the larger variety of loadouts in PvP, there are less total meta loadouts. Whether or not this is a byproduct of static rolls, or actual good exotics, I do not know. [spoiler]As if I'm a credible source for PvP opinions. I'm trash.[/spoiler]
