Okay, I can understand where he is going, it is a mandatory exotic because Hunter's have terrible recovery by default. Now arcstrider is strong, but the reason why its basically the only PvP subclass being played is the other two subclasses are absolute trash in PvP and hurts me to say this as a GG main in D1.

What about the 2 titan exotics that give you overshields, one that gives it to you DURING YOUR SUPER. Those arent overpowered as well? But lets talk about the hunter exotic that begins health recovery, that stops when you get shot at, and only activates when you dodge. The only problem with this isnt the helmet, but the ttk in D2. Its slow. Unbelieveably slow.
