Step 1: Perform well in any match.
Step 2: Send message to anyone else in that match who did well.
Step 3: Play with said person and see if you have team chemistry.
Step 4: Repeat step 2 until you have a full fireteam.
Step 5: Profit.
Disclaimer: If you can not achieve Step 1......just play Quickplay.

Actually there is a lot of Merritt in this response. That's kinda how I built my clan. Up to 98 members now, though most of my players were picked from raids and pve stuff
