CR Limit Reached?
I have 192k CR and came out of a game saying I reached my Cr limit and it only gave me 700? If this is the limit how am I suppose to save up? Why is this?

Man, I really love that this filthy cheater put himself in the limelight by making this post; I really hope he gets what is coming to him. Anyways, I think the cR cap is a good idea.

So, I've read the posts in this thread, and have come to the conclusion that the person complaining, is pathetic. 1) Bungie spends 3 years developing a multitude of things to experience, play, and have fun with, and put them into a game. 2) You, the player, go out and pay $60 for said game, and begin a hellbent journey on ONE gametype. (This gametype being the one that makes your 'record' *look* like you play a lot, when you actually do not) 3) Bungie, perhaps assuming people like you would play only one gametype, simply to abuse its high rewards, and put a limit on your possible rewards. 4) You come onto their forums, and call them wrong, bad, etc. cR boosting seems to me like custom boosting, or even boosting social games on H3. Somebody who plays 100,000 custom games in halo would be a very no-life gamer, and for some reason, people are determined to try to make their records APPEAR as if they have no life. cR boosting now seems like a similar thing. Why is it, when you can play the game normally on multiple modes with other real people, ( i know it sounds scary.. ), do you play by yourself like a loner, in an effort to look as though you play a lot, and are not a loner? It makes no sense. it really doesn't make sense. Also, just because microsoft can't stop you cheating your achievements, Bungie is doing a fine job of stopping idiots from cheating THEIR system.

A few opinions and questions for this thread. If people want to farm for easy credits is it a bad thing? (Note I just learned this method today and I consider it fun because it helps me with my aiming and of course the credits) If you hit the credit cap, if you buy something will you be able to earn more (I might as well buy the armor I'm farming for these credits) To OP. . why the hell do you play on Corvette? Is that the best map. [I farm for credits, I farm for achievements. I also play Halo Reach for fun. I paid for my game just like you did. So if you have a problem with me farming feel free to send me a friend request so we can play some Matchmaking together--farming does get boring sometimes]

I enjoy playing Gruntpocalypse. I've done Gruntpocalypse test and basically you can get higher then the 160k cap a week. What triggers the cap is basically doing a full game history of Gruntpocalypse. I've just started testing it out and a few friends have been testing it as well, more then me. Basically do half a game history of Gruntpocalypse, do three Campaign missions and about a dozen MM Invasion/Team Slayer types and repeat. A friend got about 300k or so, more like 250.5k, played nonstop and did it similar to the above for a day and a half. Went to bed the next morning around 10am, started the day before round 7 am. Not exact but around that, don't start pulling out your calculators. The guy had to take piss breaks, eat and do things in a place called "[i]Real Life[/i]" never heard of it though, I think it's some sort of Easter Egg in Halo:Reach. In any case you can by pass the Cr limit if you simply mix it up a bit, it's triggered when you do a -blam!- ton of one thing straight in a row, nonstop.

With that said... No what we have ESTABLISHED is that you're a modder, and there is no way to verify that you actually earned your credits legitimately. Just because your list of games shows 30+ firefight sessions in a row doesn't mean that is absolute proof that you actually played them. We've also established that there is a cR limit that is used to keep people from buying certain items from the armory before a certain time. Spend some credits, wait awhile, earn more, buy better stuff.
