Stacks on stacks on stacks....... seriously, Bungie! Aside from the mass shader deletion feature that still hasn't been implemented, it's insane the number of shit shaders that build up just playing the game.
Since you haven't rolled out mass deletions, have never mentioned a kiosk or Eva Levante to resolve shaders, still sell them as part of Eververse...................can you at least remove these 3 from engrams?

Whoever at bungie thought Atlantis wash was a good shader should be fired. Add a little pink and you can look like a neapolitan ice cream sandwich.
-
5 RepliesDeleting shaders = End game activity. Takes longer than a raid.
-
We should hire people on Upwork to delete our shaders.
-
1 ReplyThe thing that bugs me about the feature not being implemented yet is because they don't have a way to resolve lost currency due to maxing out. Understandably because it involves bright dust which has way more value than the others. The thing is you just need a prompt saying "hey deleting this many will result in a loss of currency would you like to continue?" That's all they have to do, let people who manage to screw it up complain.

STOP DISPARAGING MY ENDGAME ACTIVITY. Deleting 175 Atlantis Wash shaders is incredibly rewarding - and it adds loads of time to the important "average play time per Destiny user" statistic.

3 RepliesIt's free money. You see a dollar on the sidewalk you're going to pick it up. If you have some emotional issue that won't allow you to pick up that dollar, that's OK, but leave the dollar there so the homeless guy behind you can get a cup of coffee. 200 'blue' shaders gets you a free mod equip (5000 glimmer).

In the previous iron banner they were dropping after matches as well haha. Of all the shaders they choose those

3 RepliesEver since Bumgee made the greedy decision to make shaders consumable I've rarely used them. At a guess 95% or more of my gear has no shader applied and the day I spend real life cash on shaders, or anything else in this game, it the day I know I've finally lost my s^*t.
-
All shaders would be better!
-
The only shader I use is dead orbits fate, so ya I understand.

these are by far THE BEST shaders. give 10/10 :D
-
I agree but... I delete as I earn (so they no longer pile up) - still tedious Also I get glimmer from them which isn't much but better than nothing
-
no we cant give you more shader inventory but we will give you 50 plus slots in your quests page for the 3 quests you will chase
-
I'd like an auto decrypt green shader option.
-
Yes. I definitely vote for this.
-
3 RepliesFirstly their should be more slots, I mean they have more than 50 shaders so we should be able to keep them all if we want. Second their should be just 1 shader, once it's unlocked you can use it as often as you like on any armour pieces and weapons. If that's to hard to do then lower breakdown time to a click on square not a button hold, time to dismantle a shader is too long
-
Delete 300 shaders of those is a REALLY PAIN . Hope Bungie will help by giving option to delete the shader in one no matter how many in it.
-
A freaking men
-
6 RepliesReally we should just have a slot available for every shader in the game... why are we limited on space for freaking shaders. And since we earned these for playing why do I have to spend currency to apply them?
-
What? And not have 400+ Avalon Teal to delete and wear out my square button while a team mate is off on a bathroom break?
-
we are listening
-
The shader system sucks! They should ditch it altogether and just give us a kiosk where we can buy shaders when we want them. If you need more, go spend some glimmer. Similar to exotics. Unlock the shader, and it's yours forever, go buy 100 of them or none. Up to you.. Get rid of that whole shader section in our inventory. Shaders are a shit reward, and shouldn't even be in the loot pool.
-
When adding more inventory space for shaders is something Bungie clearly doesn’t wants to do, then I would be ok, if we could flag any unwanted shaders to turn to glimmer at pick up. That would be fine in my book. But as things are now I’m just baffled at their ignorance for the enormous amount of things that are f***ed up in this game.

20 RepliesSo, am I the only one who actually deletes unwanted stuff once I get, keeping a spotless Postmaster, and a low amount of stuff in my Vault? If it becomes such a problem for people that they need to post it on the Internet, why not use that time to delete your stuff and live with the fact that crap rewards exist in the engrams that are there to pad out one's playtime by trying to obtain the faction gear. You do have about 30 seconds in between activities in transit, use that to delete your unwantables. (Yes, I know that's not a real word)
