Device is incompatible even though I have it installed already.
So I've had this app on my phone since it launched way back in D1. I always read the patch notes about all the major changes it has been making over the years but never noticed them. Then today I decided to browse the forums to see what people are saying and help with anything I can when I see it tells me to sign in. Asks me for Xbox or PS login, (so out of date there isn't a Battle net option) I choose Xbox and brings me to a "404 Page Not Found" page. So I open the Play Store to update it and can't find the App in my Installed Tab so I search for it. Find it, says installed, open its page and then it says "Your device isn't compatible with this version." So I guess aside from reading forums, news and patch notes I can just uninstall and use the browser site instead.

1 ReplyThe app requires Android version 5 or higher. Lollipop (5) was released in 2014. How old is your phone that it only supports version 4? If it’s that old then you will start having issues with more and more apps as time passes.
