I managed to get myself the catalyst for my huckleberry and I grinded the necessary kills to turn it into a masterwork. I tried the ambitious assasin perk around a little and I think it is pretty much pointless. The weapon would be better off with a simple solid stat boost. Below the reasons why: Ambitious assasin perk: "Overflows the magazine based on the number of rapid kills before reloading" This basically means that if you score a multikill with the wapon and reload it right after that it will have over 30 ammo in the magazine when you reload it. The problems began when i scored some kills and the kills refilled the magazine back to 30 and made me unable to reload the weapon thus making the perk itself useless. This happens especially when clearing a bunch of weaker enemies and your magazine tends to stay at full 30 unless you fire a couple of shots just so that you could reload it to have a bigger magazine. The magazine size doesn't stay until next reload. I managed to get the Magazine up to 43 shots (might cap at 45?) when i killed an enemy i didn't get ammo back into the magazine before the magazine went under 30 again. The whole masterwork perk that relies heavily on reloading seems comletely pointless on a weapon that has an exotic ability and perks that make it work in a way that eliminates the need for reloading in the first place. If some of you have had the chance to test it out with the MW perk what do you think? should the MW perk be redesigned for this weapon? UPDATE: I noticed that Bungie reworked the masterwork perk to refill the entire magazine on kill, now that is useful! I'm very pleased on that change!
