The last two times I have leveled up I receive a bright engram alert, the tower has an alert, Tess is lit up all the way until I talk to her, and it is confirmed in my inventory. Once I talk to her - no engram in my inventory no engram to be redeemed. No new items are present either in case the GUI just wasn't working. Occurs on both my desktop and laptop. This is following a $20 silver purchase and engram redemption - not sure if that is affecting it. Definitely a bug.
