I think that the first part, "Brother, ally once more, sends his regards is." Is the falsehood. This may be hinting at Uldren and how we know he is the villain for the expansion. Next is the Dreamer section, which may be hinting at the Dreaming City? I'm not too sure about. And finally, "Light fades deep withing the prison" may be hinting at Cayde's death. But this is all just speculation

Light fades, deep within the prison.[/quote] The first one, most likely Osiris. I remember an adventure on Nessus where he sent his regards through the Vex network. The second one, Rasputin and Ana Bray? Rasputin has mostly been dormant and and "awakened" part could be referring to him launching a new warsat network. Ana Bray could be the bearer as she seeks the truth of her past and meets Rasputin, who could be the dreamer. The third one, possibly hinting at a new gamemode in the Fall DLC involving the Prison of Elders?

That would make the third a falsehood.
