Has anyone gotten the crimson catalyst yet?
If u google it, you need 300 headshot kills. I’ve gotten more than that (yes I counted the kills) and when the catalyst dropped, I picked it up. When I went to see it in my crimson gun, it wasn’t there. Is that a bug or something? (Say anything you won’t hurt my feelings)

Yup I got it along with tractor cannon

Yeah it dropped off a random trash mob for me on Mars, while I was grinding sleeper nodes. The DARCI catalyst dropped the same way, and the Tractor Cannon catalyst dropped from Nokris, or one of the knights in the campaign mission.

Okay so as far as I know catalysts drop at random once dropped you must equip the catalyst onto the weapon as if it were a Masterwork. After that, do your headshots to unlock it's full potential. I made the mistake in thinking that you had to have Precision headshots in order to make the Crimson drop its catalyst I was wrong after 1,400 enemies killed... Huge time wasted and it drops after I gave up and tried a different gun and activity.

I’ve got it currently working on it now though it’s hard when other players take your kills

2 RepliesIts there you have to activate it . Once it’s activated that’s when you have to get precision kills using crimson . Want to clear it fast fire up escalation protocol and kill the thrall . Rinse and repeat it will be done in an hour .

Yeas and I have it completed. Range stat is pretty good !
