I always tried to amend my grind statements with desirable loot goals.
Make grindy modes and events, but make the rewards worth the grinding effort.
Same for light. Make it hard to achieve max light, but make light actually mean something and not just a barrier to entry

Yes! This is the goal, make grind fun! It’s not quite there yet unfortunately... I trust they’re working on some things, and their quick response is a good thing... just sort of sucks that warmind launched without the underlying fixes it needs in this area.

Edited by Grimnir2001: 5/18/2018 9:35:51 PMThe problem is that they dont understand there own game. Look at this in my oppinion minor thing , they couldnt figure this out ahead of release, now we have to wait basicly untill september ( hopefully) to get a real fix. This is a primary problem with Bungie. Every dlc , expansion , this happends, dont know how they can screw this up everytime. Now they give the strikes a patch , yeah whoopty do, 360 pl. By then a lot of us are ther already, really. Dont wanna be a negative nancy all the time but Bungie is just calling for it.

Ur right tho, it shouldn’t be like this... it’s like playing AAA price for a beta ...

Agreed. I haven’t really picked up D2 again since I got my 40th better devils. No loot to shoot for. I understand they have masterworks and such, but until they come out with some “gotta have it end game god mode” weapons to shoot for, I’m not too excited. Even then, having the scaled enemies in all areas of the game kinda ruin the power fantasy, so that keeps me from being excited too.
