They are harder and now fit their name before they were nothing more than a normal strike but gave better loot than a prestige nightfall. I will admit certain modifiers on certain maps just make me go and cry in a corner (exodus black and blackout, tree of possibilites and grounded). But even then they're not impossible bring a crowd control class instead of your norm spec, and they're just a good challenge.
