Like they really care that much, to give him his own memorial?

9 RepliesYou didn’t see the hundreds and thousands of dead vex around him? He killed many high ranking vex and hundreds of goblins while trapped inside the forest, they decided to build him a memorial out of respect

5 RepliesThe Vex understand a lot. They learned worship and possibly sword logic from the Hive so they may also understand respect/reverence.

1 ReplyI wonder did Saint-14 wear his fabled helm while killing all those Vex? And if he did,how stupid does that make the Vex,who's corpse's litter his tomb. Most of us learnt quite quickly that you don't go into a bubble if the caster has a mohawk.

3 RepliesThey worshipped the heart of the black garden & essentially signed a peace treaty with the hive, so I'd say they're capable of respecting saint-14.

1 ReplyMaybe a little off-post here, but boy do those Roman numerals not look right in the name “Saint-14”
-
1 ReplyIt was respect for someone who managed to kill millions of vex with no guns thay did it as both respect and fear

1 ReplyWell, think about it. Saint-14 has been in the Infinite Forest for...well... who knows how long. It could’ve been 10 minutes for us but 1000 years for him. He had killed thousands of vex, all without guns mind you, his own bare fists. And even when they had developed a mind capable of siphoning his light, he still broke it like a little toy. And on top of all that, he was an exo. Human, but also machine. If that wasn’t the symbol of a badass I don’t know what else is (besides Halo 1-3 Master Chief)

3 RepliesEdited by WiErDScIeNcE11: 5/17/2018 11:48:56 PMThey had to build a machine that drained his light. It had to be tuned to his light signature (each guardians light is different) to kill him. Plus it took a few centuries to complete the one use weapon that drained his light. I would respect an enemy that hard to kill.

<We respect him>

Didn’t the ghost say it was the forest that did that for him? Even so he killed lots of vex until finally dying. thousands of vex by himself. I’m sure even the vex/Infinite forest would have respect for that.
