Can Someone tell me where can we get this sparrow?? Apparently there is player who got it from the arms dealer nightfall can someone help me XD

I got mine from eververse engram as never done a raid or nightfall just heroic and normal strikes myself no guild party. Opened up an eververse and got an exotic sparrow but did not twig it was that rare, just thought its another vehicle will either put in vault or use as it summons faster lol.

I've gotten it twice from Tree of Probabilities Heroic, once during the week they fixed the bug with it not dropping and again just yesterday.
