I've had the "Silver Sync Pending" error message for ages

For a while, there's been a loading symbol beside the amount of silver I have, and if I hover over the number, I get a red bar saying "Silver Sync Pending," it's been there for a while. It's also not showing the new silver I bought, and I was wondering if there's a way I can help this?
