Bugged Exotic catalysts
I am almost convinced that the catalysts are bugged or they don't exist at all and this is a big conspiracy theory trying to make me believe that there'd be such a thing (obviously the latter one is true).
I have played for hours on every day since warmind was released. So far I haven't seen a single catalyst drop for me. I got the Huckleberry exotic and i've been trying to grind for the catalyst by doing heroic adventures. so far i've done the one on mars and the 3 on mercury. so far i've done them roughly 36 times (12 per day total) and so far i haven't seen the catalyst. I've done them both with huckleberry equipped and not equipped.
Searching online i just find people saying "man i grinded them so hard and finally got it on my 3rd one" meanwhile i'm just like "dude...."

I've also noticed that plenty of others are complaining about this while the people who do get them seem to find them left and right. My friend already has 4 and has played like 2/3 less than I have.

I am having the exact same problem. I have spent hour on end grinding and haven’t seen any. My friend spadehedarkdj has all of he catalysts except for like 3 or 4 of them and I have none. I have done probably around 25 heroic strikes just for no reason and haven’t seen any. Ive done prestige nightfall and rugular nightfall still nothing. I’ve only done two heroic adventures but I don’t really care to try those anymore. I’ve spent so much time just in patrols killing anything and doing public events. I’ve spent enough time in the patrols that my friend and I have gone through and found all 40 data fragments without a video guide or anything which was about 3 hours or more than that and we have the exotic sparrow and sword. I am convinced that it is also bugged for me too. This is beyond stupid and I’m tired of hearing “oh cool I just got another catalyst” every time I hear it I reply with “oh wow guess what. I still have none” it’s definitely not RNG. There is no way that it’s RNG if I’ve spent 30+ hours trying to even get one so I can be sure that it’s not bugged and I’ve still not gotten one. Fix this crap please

It's all rng. I just got one. And a sniper at that. Gf got 3 and I'm sitting here like, really?!?!? Lol!

Sure as hell feels that way I've only got one for darci My girl in the other hand has crimson darci borealis and the tractor Cannon.
