Amazing video :)
Hopefully Bungie can watch this review and walk away with some ideas to further improve.

Yes this is a great video. What I like about Skill Up is the gravitas of his reviews. There's nothing histrionic or hating,just facts and his opinions relayed to his audience for their own judgement. Thanks for posting

This guy is the worst. Im sure hes an ass irl. Hes the guy who claims hes no better than anyone else and then yells at the drive through window for not giving him extra fries. But only when no ones looking.

49 RepliesDoubt it. SkillUp is still acting like a jilted lover with a personal axe-to-grind against Bungie. In fact, part of his BUSINESS model with his other YouTube channel (Laymen Gaming) is to bash Bungie for the sheer sport of it. In fact Beard_Grizzly called him out by name in a video chastising toxic YouTubers. Which sadly, SkillUp has allowed himself to become. A toxic content creator, reduced to click-bait video titles. When he could--and should---have been so much more.

Personally, I agree with some of what he said, but on many points, I disagree a lot. Though warmind is not perfect, it hit many many right notes for me. I am thoroughly enjoying the experience and the time in the game. Exotics are also fun again to use, escalation is good if people are there, the new raid is really fun. All in all, with all the collectables, quests, I think this update is really well formed. if the campaign wasn't as weak as it is, it would have been up there as one of their best updates. What to improve on Content specific loot and weapons. SoS is just a reskin with very few weapons added All factions should get new weapons All factions and planets should get ornaments and specific weapon sets PvP should return to a 6v6 affair perm otherwise its a solid effort

Very informative video. I did not play D1 and I like playing D2 to a certain extent but I can see exactly where D1 Players are coming from. I like how he takes the time to explain why he does not like certain aspects in D2 and compares and contrasts it to D1. Hopefully D2 becomes a lot better and more improved over time and I really hope Bungie learns from this and does not repeat the same mistakes when they release D3

It does not matter if they see it or not. They do not care. They have all the feedback in the world and yet everything they are doing is one step forward and two stepes back - at best usualy its much worse.

3 RepliesHis PVE commentary was fine but his PVP analysis was lacking. COMP is not supposed to be everyone wins. Some people will not get the Redrix Claymore. That is the nature of the game mode. You have to be better than average or average with all kinds of luck. Either way, if you are bad at PVP you will not get the weapon. It is not a flaw....its the design. Reminds me of Destiny 1 and all the whining about people not being able to go flawless. Get over it. I have literally only played COMP since DLC launch and I am barely in Brave rank. I am playing solo and with teams and having a lot of fun. Clutching and failing within the span of a few games. It is nice to have something to grind for in crucible. Skill up is WRONG about the PVP in this game. I get that he wants it to be something else....but just because he does not want to play it....does not mean it is not worth playing. Get out there, have fun, get that FABLED rank!
