I didn't realize just how many people think of the lore community as pretentious jerks. The comments on that post about Byf's video have me worried. We care about the state of the games, don't we? I mean, we may not post about it, but we want the story to be better before any out-of-game content, right? Of course lore is important, but the actual in-game content takes precedent. EDIT: This isn't my opinion, I'm just remarking that people seem to find that a lot of us are entitled snobs. My personal experience in the community severely differs, and if you talk to these people you'll find that they're some of the most cool and passionate content makers in the Destiny community. People/robots like Archival Mind, kellygreen2 and Derpy taco11 are honestly the only reason I stick around on this board.
