Can't talk to Faction Leaders
Don't know where the simple bug-reporting section is or if this is a known issue, but I was just in the tower and I couldn't speak to Hideo, Lakshmi, or Jalal. No option to interact, holding square doesn't bring up their menu.

6 RepliesYou can only join a Faction/earn tokens for/talk to during a Faction Rally which is a week long event. We do not yet know when the next one is. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/46312
