Destiny 2 app says i have no character after update???
Me and my friend's app doesn't display gear or anything now. Says I don't even have a character. Also my warmind update isn't coming up. It still says I have to purchase and idk wtf is going on???

Same here in 2019 - starting game etc does not alter the result

4 RepliesIf you log into the game with all of your characters, then load up Item Manager, it should work.

3 RepliesI am also experiencing this. I do understand its a bug, but i also understand its laziness and there is no reason why this shouldn't have been tested before launch. They don't have an easy way to swap gear between characters without the app at this point so the only alternative is to swap between characters.
