Cannot see my characters on Companion, Ishtar Commander, Little Light or DIM

All of them show error when connecting to Bungie. Anyone else having this issue? I am trying to find out if I was able to keep my mats or not.

    First you must make your ps4 account is link in budgie.net log in budgie.net go to settings. Go to account/linking. Scroll down and pick your console name and link. Then open destiny 2 game and log in character and then change characters, do all 3 log in character, and your destiny companion app will show up your character in gear tap. Good luck 😂

      • I've got the same thing. Closed them, restarted my phone, nothing fixes it. This app and vault app.

          Having the same issue. It is saying to link another account that has characters. I have three of them on an account that was working fine!!!

          • Can someone tell if the characters are still in the game or everything whipped up cuz I've been work trip for a month and I can't reach my console for an other week Please guardians help am getting crezy over here

              • If you log into the game with all of your characters, then load up Item Manager, it should work.

                  • Same. As mentioned, signing in on all 3 of my characters fixed the issue. And all previously held mats and tokens remained.

                  • I have a trial account character showing on pc but my 3 xbox characters are missing on bungie.net Also missing an emote so probably something on bungie side

                    • Hello! Currently, some players are unable to see their characters through Bungie.net or the Companion App. Characters are not affected in-game. Bungie is investigating.
