I purchased a code for 1K Silver and entered the code but did not receive the Silver in-game. PS Support said to contact the developer since it was not a license issue. What is my next step to get the SIlver I purchased credited to me?

Did you ensure that it was a “D2 Silver” purchase & not a “Destiny Silver” purchase?
