Can’t wait til you all realize the DLC is bad and turn on Bungie again
They have low key thrown things in at the last minute that are hostile towards players and should’ve been discussed with us ahead of time but weren’t. This is probably because they are putting in artificial fixes to make the grind feel more real even though it’s really just a throttle and not a solution. Don’t expect anything great here, I smell a rat.

9 RepliesI can't wait for the crying after a few day ps or so when everyone's stuck at 345, no one can do escalation protocol because it's 400, no one can raid coz it's 380, no one can run heroic strikes without getting 1 banged nonstop, n the vast majority try ranked PvP n get their shit pushed in 3 times n realise it's not worth it. Then they'll realise all planetary gear hasn't been updated, the most important exotic masterworks are hidden behind trials n the raid, n there's actually still nothing to do lol Like seriously bungie, datto says he wants a challenge, HE wants a challenge, so you put the ONLY new endgame activity in a public space but make it 400 power. You add modifiers to strikes that make you never stop running, enemy shields stronger, enemy melee do x20 damage, yes it's fine for datto, but running with randoms will get super frustrating super fast.

This is all probably stuff that was previously created and stripped from the main game. I'm not expecting much with it.

Don't get me wrong, I understand why you are angry based off your characters, but I really don't think this is something to get so angry about. I honestly don't understand people that make duplicates of the same class...what do you even find fun about that? Granted I hardly play the other classes so im basically the same anyways...but you should get my point. As for why I think it's stupid...well, you are really only using the other dupes as a means to boost your level, nothing more and nothing less. The fact that they already had a system in line to I guess punish duplicate characters, it should have made most already create one of each to maximize reward potential. Whether you like it or not it's happening, so I would suggest giving all the non-toxic feedback you can and hopefully bungie will help you out, but they have been hurting your duplicate characters since the beginning of destiny 2, this big step was bound to happen.

I just wish they’d give us new enemies. I’m tired of fighting the same races but different versions. It makes me think that “ice hive” was all they could’ve thought of. Why not another race or something? Surely the races we fought aren’t the only ones in the universe

1 ReplyIt's funny how it almost seems they are trying anything to bring players back. Look at the constant posting, tweeting, reveal vids. Where was all this before?? As soon as DLC has been out a week it'll be back to business as usual.

Most people who are still avid destiny players will love it. Some will get tired of the same bullshit and abandon it. Everybody else who has moved on will not come back to it. This has been the formula to every DLC/"expansion" and is responsible for the dwindling Destiny 2 population since it's release

6 RepliesProgress. It’s what I expect, I did not get that from Osiris. I was very vocal about it. From an outsiders perspective this dlc seems to be steering the game back to where it should have been, and I’m cool with that. I would very much like to hear what you mean by an artificial grind.
