Most boring class to play

Titan

134

Hunter

75

Warlock

97

Want to see what everyone thinks. (Note this isn’t which one’s the worse or which one you play the least this is the one that’s abilities or gameplay in general feel less fun or exciting than the other classes.)

    • i'd say titan, i'm not claiming it's bad. the question is about the most boring class, i find titan to be a good pick for simple play but it's just that, simple play. it's effective but with no variety so it gets boring the fastest out of all classes. but that's just my opinion.

    • Hands down titan. The entire class brings nothing new or unique to the table and there are other abilities from warlocks and hunters that have copied some material from the titan and made it so much better. Arcstrider is a faster more efficient striker with a better slam, dawnblade is a faster and much longer lasting super than sunbreaker WITH AN ACTUAL GOOD NEUTRAL game, something that is non existent on hammer of sol. Sentinel on the other hand is pretty unique and actually fun to play with but the hit detection is so god damn aweful and the utility in PVE is non-existent I still love my titan and have been a titan main since the start of D1 but all the things that made it fun and powerful are all gone in Destiny 2

And you’re not supposed to start a sentence with “and”.... Zero Fcks Given!!!! Math: was hard because chances are you’re never going to half of that crap in the real world!! If I don’t have enough digits... I don’t bother!!! History: was ok I guess. That’s where you first learned how fck’d up humanity really is!!!! Science: was cool! Because hey it’s Science!! Well that and Mr. Wizard!!! Sex Ed: was awesome!!!! I mean Who doesn’t wanna to hear sexual innuendos with perfect timing????? Am I right.... Home Economics: The Absolute best class in School!!! One or Two smart male chauvinists surrounded by women who are willing to learn how to make a good Sammich!!!

      • In D1 Hunters were weak and boring IMO, but in the comparatively little I've played D2 I'd say they're much better now. I always felt the most powerful using a Titan in D1 but now not so much. I'd say they were nerfed pretty bad. Warlock were always and still are really good. Overall I'd say they about even in D2 in my opinion.

          • The warlocks need a lot of work. Nova bomb should be much better than it is. The healing/empowering rift is mediocre at best. Arc soul is a nice thing, but it's only active on possibly the most underwhelming sub class. Any enemy with a shield takes far too long to kill and when you see an arc strider hunter demolishing everything in it's sights you realise how trash it is. Warlocks solar attack is far better, but compare it to the other 2 classes solar ability and sit down warlock. I main a hunter, but titans are pretty good. I just don't like the dumb way both titans and warlocks can't even fall to the ground fast.

            • Most boring? Huh. I would have to say Sunbreaker or voidwalker Titans are the rushers, or the barricades. Hunters succeed well in close quarters engagements, but warlocks...I’ve never been a fan of. Especially Sunbreaker and Voidwalker. With the devour Perk, it just makes you feel a little too powerful. And the other skill tree is only useful for the super modifier. As for Sunbreaker, same issue. Both skill trees have laughably bad neutral games, and a mediocre super game. Sun warrior encourages you to get close and recharge your melee, yet you can’t leave your sunspot, promoting scout rifle in rush mode playstyle. It’s just not fun

              • For me it would have to be my Titan. I've played a Warlock since D1, and while it's taken me some time to let go of Sunsinger and embrace Dawnblade I've finally found my enjoyment from it. It's a good super that affords me some decent range use. Voidwalker is still a glorious class to run, Devour if done right allowing you to be almost unkillable while the Voidbomb is a good super since it's lob and run. And Stormcaller let's me embrace my inner Emperor. I finally started the Hunter class in D2 and I've had some fun. Nightstalker Orpheus Rig allows for some strategic play in Nightfalls and PVE, while being able to go invis allows for me to ambush and bait in Crucible pretty well. Gunslinger is just a blast to play in Mayhem when using the six shots, and Celestial Nighthawk in the Raids and Nightfalls is super helpful. Arcstrider took me a bit to get into, but now it's my main class when just running strikes for fun. I enjoy the Titan well enough, Sentinel probably being my favorite since I feel some good versatility with being able to throw a shield or melee with it depending on the situation. Good add clearing, and the Suppression grenade when used properly in Crucible can turn things around quick. Striker is nice because of the dual pulse nades, though that's more of a PVE use for me than PVP, and while the Super is fun to use I don't like the chances of it running out with enemies left to shoot at me. I stay away from Sunbreaker. It's probably just me, but I never seem to be able to get a kill with the hammers even when I hit people in Crucible unless I'm right in their face. I find use for Warlock rifts, dodging as a Hunter is amazing for instant reload, and I always forget about my Titan barrier. There are amazing Titans out there and I'm always in awe when I see a Titan just wade through enemies like they're walking through a field of grass, I'm just not one of them. Let me be a blinking Warlock and the cowardly Hunter.
