Improving weapons to the level they should have originally been, is a marketing tactic being used to attract players that remain. None that left are returning because they fixed guns! The “improvements” I have read and seen are impressive, but, all they really did was nerf the Sandbox. Once they are spayed, they can release gear that actually behaves like Space Magic guns, until the Sandbox regenerate their missing parts and resume the butcher shop campaign. “All this has happened before and will happen again”!
