Why Exotic sparrow can't have "Increased transmat speed" perk all???
Exotic sparrows are awesome and it's rare,if I get one I will be super excited.But here's the problem,sparrows have random parks,and I think all of them are useless except the one increase it's transmat speed.When finally I got one Exotic sparrow ,but with other park,that makes me Really Really Really upset....... I don't know how you guys think about it,but Exotic sparrow is more useless than a legendary sparrow is quite disapointed.

1 ReplyI only use my Transmat PreLoader Exotic sparrows... excellent perk. Luck of RNG... Not overly sure if only the 'gays' have much of an opinion, maybe open it to all people & their preferences?
