Pathetic Bungie is now saying it's on the user end.... -blam!-ing bullshit, as Destiny 2 caps out at like 1Mbs in/out for network usage. I'm sure a 'few' people still don't have that much bandwidth, but the majority of players far exceed that number. It's just poor customer service, management and technical knowhow on their end. They should have provided a solution for this by now.
