You're kidding right? It wrecked on scout and snipers in pve. Turned a 15 shot mag into a 22 shot mag if you hit all Crits. And it pulled those magical bonus rounds out of thin air, not from inventory.
It was nerfed to death in D2 for no reason just like every other perk. Now the extra rounds just come from inventory I believe, and while it would still pair great with explosive rounds, we can only have either or.

My baby was a Cocytus SR4 (highest impact scout) w triple tap, extended mag, firefly. It was a Dps monster and could one shot most low level mobs.

Yes the tuonela tt em ff "hung jury" roll was a dps monster too! One of my favorites.
