So you're telling me that delaying a game for a year and rebooting the game is the community's fault? That doesn't make sense. Before Luke Shit became the director of D2, they had been working on it since November 2014/2015. The community had NOTHING to do with it.

  • No, i'm not telling you that. I'm saying the design choices for D2 are mostly driven by player feedback from D1. You've yet to cite an actual in-game mechanic or design element.

  • it wasn't an community problem for the games turnout it was in the trade called studio interference where execs seen rough drafts of scripts and storyboards and realising it's going to be way over budget to make so they had to change the storyboards and the scripts to stay under budget just like what happens in the filming industry that causes setbacks in production destiny 2 was already in development when destiny one came out due to problems with the schedule the sequel was stuck in development hell until early 2017 uin its place was the rise of iron dlc in the fall of 2016 but rise of iron was originally slated for destiny 2 apparently so that's why there was an scannable item in the EDZ explaining about siva from the rise of iron so therefore it wasn't the communities fault it was the fault of the companies interference that impacted the release. • You didn't state a single in-game mechanic or design element in D2 that's different from D1. If you did, i'd advise which type of forum posts and community complaints drove it.
