Even now it has already had a 15% PvE damage increase and considering its rate of fire and full auto, that is not to be sniffed at. Skyburners Oath is a PvE weapon, especially against Cabal, and these new perks will be on top of those it already has. All together the exotic update will give Skyburner's Oath utility at both range, as per video where you will notice it now also has dragonfly, and up close as you now can deal with enemies rushing your position by hip firing those full-auto explosive rounds, which also happen to penetrate Phalanx shields and do extra damage against Cabal. Not too shabby if you ask me.
