Honestly Bungie needs to drop the mercy rule it’s bullshit and people can come back from a massive behind. So Bungie rather give you automatic loss instead of giving you a chance to win complete bullshit

Edited by Wicked: 7/20/2018 4:19:36 AMJust checked my last 2 games... The winning Team had an average ELO of 2200, my team had an average of 1510. They had a 98% chance of winning before the game even started. That seems like perfect matchmaking to me. Mercy rule should have started before the match even convened. Complete BS. Yeah getting spanked 70-10 is no fun.. and if Im not having fun.. why play. Just do what I do.... if Bungie thinks that isnt worth a mercy rule..then I just walk away from my computer. They can kill me AFK, I dont wank to my K/D ratio anyway. Im here for fun. That's my fix. They relaxed matchmaking because players wanted a "casual experience"... which really means, they dont want to have to try. They want to get matched up against bad players to inflate their K/D. Thats fine, Im new to D2 PVP, and 90% of the people I go up against is better than me... I cant get an even game to attempt get better.. it's just die die die die die die... Thats fine. I'll farm my rewards AFK. Who really loses out? Everyone.

1 ReplyI like the mercy rule because as a below average player, getting stomped isn't fun and it means you get the rewards for completing the match faster than having to wait for the timer to run out or to hit the score limit

4 RepliesMercy waits a long time before activating. Is it possible to comeback from a 15-80? Technically. But more likely you've been getting your ass kicked all match and no one is having fun.
