Do You ACTUALLY LIKE the DFA??
As some one who appreciates cool looking things, obviously Im a Destiny player..., I think this new NF loot is atrocious. Somewhere, some one at BNG HQ is laughing their ass off at us trying to get this thing.
When I look at it I imagine that Bungie have a liberal arts major interning in the basement who knows nothing about weapons and they had them design this thing.
It literally has a huge magwell for an AR mag, AND a rotating hand canon magazine.... And if you want to get real technical it has an upside down half assed gas piston from a SCAR variant...
How does this stuff pass QA?
I will admit that the thing is godly aimbot. But its still fugly.

To everyone who says it's "not a reskin": You must KNOW, right, that it's probably just a season 3 model that was dropped a few weeks early? Do you honestly think Bungie made new models for the strike-specific loot that it isn't planning on using again for other stuff? Also, the DFA is only aight. It's... adequate. For high level PVE play, I still prefer Midnight Coup if you intend to hit [i]headshots[/i] (Rampage + OUTLAW >> Rampage + Drop Mag) and Better Devils is better if you intend to spam body shots (explosive rounds procs on EVERY hit and even near misses, not just a timed on kills like rampage).

I like using it. Once it has a different shader it looks fine and isn't a reskin. No complaints from me

I like how it looks, personally. It's unique compared to other hand cannons that all have predictable templates with only minor variations. That, and it has buttery smooth handling. The Rampage + Drop Mag combo makes it a great PvE gun while also having the chops for PvP with Opening Shot + range boost. So yes, I actually like the DFA.

It is kind of ugly... at least its not a reskin though. The gun itself though is probably my second favorite hand cannon, behind midnight coup.

Yes. It has the most diverse array of practical perks of any weapon in the game. Do you need it? No. Is it fun? Yes.

It is decent enough in the crucible. Its range, aim assist and accuracy far exceed any other hand cannon of its archetype and opening shot only improves on this. I personally do not mind the aesthetic of the weapon but that is just my personal opinion.
