What difficulty did Ghaul raid the city on?
And how did no one see his LFG posts when we intercepted intel from them in The Taken King? I also don't get how it took so long for previous raid encounters difficulty and bugs to be fixed, yet Ghaul got the following fixes and difficulty changes before he even raided!
- Warlocks can no longer self res.
- Guardians no longer carry heavy machine guns.
- Guardians now carry special weapons in place of heavy weapons.
- Reduced Enemy radar range for the "Battle Stations" encounter.
- "The Speaker, legendary Guardian" will no longer be hostile and will do no damage, but will instead issue a sick burn to advance the narrative of the Raid.
- The final Raid encounter, "The Kingslayer" will now halt it's immediate attack during the encounter, and will no longer cast a Super to immediately to kill the player as though he's just any other Cabal. This is intended to make the encounter fair.
-Guardians can no longer equip Gjallarhorns during the second phase of the raid, before the armory is completely destroyed.
-Only one Guardian may receive light from the Travelers shard after the second phase of the Raid. Too many elite enemies have shown to be unfair and render the Raid unplayable from our testing.
I also think it's ridiculous that Ghaul got THREE subclasses from one story arc. I know the player is supposed to Become Legend, but I just think PvE shouldn't have been so easy for him.

Edited by rey-solo-ren: 4/16/2018 8:04:04 AMGHAUL better get his razor out so he can trim the bushes on venus so he claimed that he's razor of an thousand worlds in which it doesn't make sense due to be imaginative fiction of an five year old when he should have said eraser of an thousand worlds that would have made better sense of logic of better narration and creative writing but how they manage GHAULS lines in the confrontation in the final act was atrocious writing half of what he said was worse and why wasn't there an mission before GHAUL where you take on the consul instead of being chocked by GHAUL in the last cutscene and the other cutscene didn't make any sense of logic was the vanguard at the new tower looking at the battle ridden traveller and they looked like they never fought the red legion when in real combat strategy they should be showing wounds of war the bad example cayde he walks casually along the catwalk fully restored unless there was an scene that wasn't apparent of getting repaired by Amanda speaking of Amanda where was she when the vanguard reclaimed the city nowhere she was vacant we would love to see her fight alongside Cayde. Ikora and Savala likewise with Devrim , saladin and sloan also wasn't apparent only one person made any real effort was hawthorn perhaps Devrim was hosting an tea party with the rest in attendance but they will have an problem with Amanda in the battlefield she will end up shooting like an storm trooper and acting sassy but she's no seven of nine from voyager . Poor guy. The speaker’s not even dead. Gary just disconnected his cabalnet right when he fell, so he couldnt get back up. Stuck in network purgatory forever. Or until someone swords bashes him 12 times

Gual was a casual he could never beat the raid boss at the end of the tower...... soo all that sweet loot still evades him! But don’t feel too bad he can fall back on callusverse to get it!

2 RepliesI... Have a confession. I got an invite from Ghaul before they began the raid and I joined his fireteam. It was an amazing and our fire team went flawless raider. Though he went crazy and got himself nerfed and banned, he was a good member of the group. However, he wasn't the leader of the fireteam... ;)

1 ReplyThe whole thing should have been this big drawn out campaign that felt like a sweaty ass battle. A long brutal war. But instead it was a "get the band back together" and a "destroy the death star" cliche. Although I will say this. Gaul finally did shut the mother fxckers up that used to say, "Derp, why don't the enemies just fly over the wall bruh?" Well. He did.

I mean they forced every guardian into shitty low level gear, stripped us of all of our abilities, stripped us of our Gjallarhorns, gave us ships with no guns, made the VANGUARD COMMANDERS do their job poorly and not pay attention to the cities defense satellite's and seemed to have left the city with little to no anti air defenses.
