This is a known issue - like the rest of the site, clan fireteams internally use UTC time for everything, and your local client (app or browser) shifts it to whatever timezone your local client is set to. But there is a bug with Clan Fireteams that prevents it from doing this correctly. We hope to have it fixed soon.

Looking at our records, we did patch a related issue a few weeks ago, but it definitely looks like we missed something. Thanks for letting me know. We'll get a bug report based on your specific case filed and look into a fix as soon as possible.
